How do you ship a new ROKON?

After factory testing and cleaning, a newROKONis banded to a pallet, wrapped, boxed and shipped by common carrier. Shipments to the furthest points in continental  Europe take up to 10 business days. Upon receipt inspect for any damage and if necessary note on the bill  loading. Assembly consists of straightening and tightening the handlebars, reducing tyre pressure and adding oil and fuel. Follow the instructions on the yellow card and in the manuals provided.

Can I ride my Rokon on the roads?

Our Rokons have been developed to work in the hardest terrains in the world specificly with the off road market in mind. We do not offer a model designed to be a road bike individuals may well change the spec of their own machines to become road legal.

Is my warranty valid where I live?

Kohler engineshave a massive worldwide dealer network all of which will underwrite your engine warranty. (Follow the link to the Kohler web site.)

How do I store my ROKON?

If you are putting your ROKONaway for more than 4 weeks, shut off the fuel to the carburettor and run the bike until it stops. Put the fuel stabilizer in the fuel tank.

What are the key steps in maintaining my ROKON?

 Clean, lubricate and adjust the chain for proper pitch and inch tension. Use a clean air and fuel filter. Inspect bolts before each ride and tighten as necessary per the owners manual.

What can go wrong?

 Not much. However sometimes fuel will run through the carburetor into the engine block. Remember to close the fuel shut off valve when not in use.
